These terms govern your use of AI Architect Academy. By using the service you agree to them.
Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using AI Architect Academy (the "service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. The service is operated by Wibo van der Sluis (business name: AI Architect Academy), Amsterdam, Netherlands. You can reach us at hello@aiarch.dev.
Your license to use the content
Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the learning content for your own learning. You may not redistribute, republish, scrape, resell, or otherwise make available the content or any quiz items, in whole or in part, to any third party.
Acceptable use
When using the service, you agree not to:
- Abuse, disrupt, or attempt to overload the service or its infrastructure.
- Attempt to break, bypass, or probe authentication or access controls.
- Attempt to extract, expose, or reverse-engineer answer keys or grading logic.
- Use automated tools to scrape or harvest content or quiz items.
Intellectual property
The learning content, course structure, and quiz items belong to the operator. Third-party names and marks — including AWS, Anthropic, Cloudflare, and the names of any certifications — belong to their respective owners and are referenced here for identification and educational purposes only. Their use does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from those parties.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law. It is an early-stage product under active development, and features may change or be unavailable.
AI Architect Academy is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by AWS, Anthropic, or Cloudflare. Preparing for a certification with this service does not guarantee that you will pass any exam.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and any disputes arising from them are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product grows. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. See also our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
